We are currently accepting registration for the summer and fall sessions. If you are interested in placing your child at Evergreen, print the forms below and send them in. We appreciate your interest in our program and would love to schedule a time that you and your child can come for a visit. We encourage you to schedule your tour between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. when the children are at work in the classroom. Of course, if this is not a convenient time for you, we will be available for tours until 2:00 p.m.
